Characters - Vulturine

These are my 2 characters and props done for Vulturine, a game prototype created for the 2012 Ubisoft University Contest.

One of the extras we put in the game were these dynamic changes in the normal maps. 
The process I used to create these normal maps was a simple re-sculpt of the high-res. Once in the engine, the 3 normal maps for the top of the body blend in each animation depending on the bones angles.
